This is my story board, I made this as my first plan for what things I wanted to include in my music video. I didn't think I would have used my story board so closely when filming my video. I brought this sheet with me and I followed it when I filmed this helped me narrow down what I was filming and have more overall focus. This was an important stage in planning as I got to really imagine what I wanted. Also the good thing about story boards is that you can make them very simple and not with a lot of captions but it can still be effective. My music video doesn't stop at the couple dancing but this is how far I went with my story board planning as I didn't want my music video to be completely narrative so I left the rest and then when I was filming I had more conceptual elements included. If I was going to make another music video I would make a story board again I would also make a collage or images to give me more inspiration. Overall my story board was an effective planning tool in helping me with time management and ideas.
